AFI provide a number of classes online such as:
Those Feel Good Classes are back from Monday 13th February at 2pm.
We currently run online classes for members via Zoom. We have Chairdance running at the present. These Classes began in April this year and are continuing at present. This is a feel-good class. With lots of upbeat music that we all recognise and sing along to leaving you feeling energised and good about yourself.

We also have Martial Arts for people in wheelchairs. This is a gentle, slow paced class with breathing and stretching techniques. Basic punching, striking, and blocking techniques including self-protection. This class includes mindful and mediation techniques with positive character building. Very beneficial to all members.

Somatic movement class are coming up next. This is a much more gentle and relaxed form of exercise and is suitable to all ages and abilities.
This programme will help you to identify and target specific areas relating to the body’s response to stress. You will have an opportunity to learn and practice techniques to relieve stress and tension patterns held in the body, including breathing techniques to increase awareness and improve the function of the breath.
This programme teaches you to recognise and track somatic experiencing and deepen sensory awareness, learning to listen more to our body and integrating the body/mind connection. This is a safe, gradual, gentle integration awareness practice.
