AFI Raffle – Terms & Conditions

  1. Organiser: This raffle is organised by Ataxia Foundation Ireland (AFI) to promote awareness of AFI and ataxia.
  2. Prize: One winner will receive a stay at Hoist Away at a mutually suitable date agreed between the Hoist Away and the winner.
  3. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
  4. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 or over. AFI trustees may participate but are not permitted to win.
  5. Draw Date: The raffle draw will take place during the AFI Social Event on 27th September.
  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced at the event and, if not present, will be contacted directly by AFI.
  7. Ticket Sales: Raffle tickets will be available prior to and during the Social Event.
  8. Acceptance of Rules: Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
